1. New Users

[Registration Approval]

To complete your registration approval, please send an email to the contact point below with the information below. Your account will be activated upon verification of the submitted information.

Required Information:

• - Name
• - Email Address
• - Department/Affiliation (RHQ/NSC/Dealer)
• - Purpose of Access

• - CC: Distributor or RHQ Administrator in charge

Google OTP Registration

• After receiving admin approval, please refer to the email sent from DIAS Admin to register Google OTP.
• Complete the registration by scanning the OTP QR code in the email with the Google Authenticator app.

2. Inactivated Users (3-Month Inactivity)

• In accordance with system security policy, you must contact the administrator for re-approval processing.
• If Google OTP registration is required, please refer to the email sent from DIAS Admin after re-approval.

3. Password Error - 5 Incorrect Attempts

• Your account will be temporarily locked.
• Contact the administrator to request account unlock and re-approval processing.
